Rumor has it, Tiburon was born in the Aquatic Center of Valparaiso in Chile. His destiny was sealed when some eco-activists kidnapped him and took him into a secret lab. Here he was subjected to chemical injections and enhanced with implants, he became overly intelligent. He gained his new personality as well as a strong taste for science.
